What are your rates?

As of Janurary 2024 are $50 per hour and per person.

What if I need to cancel my cleaning?

There is a $80 cancellation fee if the cancellation happens less than 12 hrs from the day of service. This is to cover the cleaners wages when we cannot fill their schedule due to not enough time to rebook the spot.The fee must be paid before the cleaning is rescheduled.

What form of payment do you take?

We accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo.

Do you offer estimates?

Yes! When setting up the first cleaning you are offered an estimate based on the amount of rooms (bathrooms and bedrooms), the square ft. of your house, etc.

What towns/cities do you work in?

Bellevue, Kent, Renton, Auburn, Tacoma, and generally most of South King County. If you're not sure if your home fits into any of these cities, just ask.

What services do you provide?

The two main manners of cleaning we provide are a regular/ maintenance cleaning or a deep cleaning. We also offer one time cleans, move outs, move ins, and post construction.

What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular?A deep clean consists of the following services:

  • Windows (inside, sills, and tracks)

  • Blinds wiped down

  • Baseboards wiped down

  • Cobwebs

  • Light fixtures

  • Doors and door frames

  • Bathrooms entirely cleaned

  • All rooms dusted

  • Vacuumed all carpeted and non carpeted floors

  • Mop all hardwood floors

  • Kitchen cleaned (all surfaces, plus in and out of microwave)

  • Stove top

  • Dishwasher exterior

  • Refrigerator exterior (we also offer refrigerator cleaning inside)

  • Oven cleaning (This requires us to know if your oven is self cleaning or not. If it is, you should run the cycle, and we can take care of the rest.)

  • Cabinets wiped down

  • Anything else you may need (Ask to see if we can do it!)

A maintenance\regular clean consists of the following services:

  • Bathroom cleaning (surfaces, mirrors, toilet exterior and interior, shower and/or tub, floors vacuumed/mopped)

  • Blinds wiped down

  • Kitchen cleaning (stove top, exterior and interior of microwave, exterior of refrigerator and dishwasher, countertops, sink, and floor)

  • Hallway/bedrooms/stairs cleaning (dusting and vacuuming)

  • Dining/living/family room cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors)

  • Dusting of baseboards, blinds, and light fixtures

Any services that are offered in regular cleaning are also offered in deep cleaning.

What if I want [insert service here]?

Ask before your cleaning for specific services such as bed making, etc. We do not do these automatically, you will have to ask!

Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?

You do not have to. We provide all cleaning supplies -- mops, gloves, cleaning products, etc. are all provided by us. However, if you prefer us to use your supplies, we can do that, too!

What if I have a problem with my cleaning?

Contact Karina and explain the situation in a calm manner; we will do our best to rectify any mistakes -- your satisfaction is our main priority.

I started this company because great customer service is and always has been a great passion of mine. Proud and stellar service is my number one priority.
